Aparna Singh, a computer science engineering graduate, is a tech for good impact professional with 9 years of experience. Currently, working towards building a platform to unlock human capital for social impact space in India and Asia with Arthan. In her last role with Yale Evidence for Policy Design, she has led the India’ team launching and scaling up a web/mobile tool for the world's largest social reform program, MGNREGA. Prior to which she has been the product and training manager for Haqdarshak Empowerment Solution and the Technology Manager for SaveLIFE Foundation. Before venturing into the impact space, she has spent a considerable number of years working for Wipro and HCL Technologies. She is interested in discovering and exploring ideas, thought processes and technical solutions to bridge the gap to eliminate poverty.

Aishwarya Panicker is currently a Technical Specialist (Nutrition Programs)- Asia for Vitamin Angels, USA. In this capacity, she oversees projects on Maternal Nutrition, with a focus on potential new policies to alleviate nutritional deficiencies. She has an M.Sc Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A (Hons) in Sociology from Lady Shri Ram College.. She is a member of the International Sociological Association, the Menstrual Hygiene Alliance of India, a Salzburg Global Fellow and has over nine years of experience with research methods, project management, and building stakeholder engagement. Her areas of interest include utilizing mixed methods research in the context of improving Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent health, Health Systems Strengthening and State capacity.

Aishwarya is the Director and Head of Research at the Ola Mobility Institute (OMI). She holds an M.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Oxford. She is a mobility entrepreneur, and an academic, with over a decade of professional experience in the mobility domain. She is a member of the Global Future Council on Urban Mobility Transitions at the World Economic Forum, a Salzburg Global Fellow, and advises and mentors organisations, researchers, and young professionals, including the Global Partnership for Informal Transportation, Young Leaders for Active Citizenship, among others.
At OMI, Aishwarya develops cutting-edge policy solutions to make mobility safe, accessible, reliable, and affordable for all. She also studies the impact of digitalisation on lives and livelihoods, and specifically uses the lens of gender, age and disability to understand opportunities and challenges of platformization of jobs.

Mohit Challa is a data-scientist based in Japan since 2015. At present he is developing an AI platform for JERA, Japan’s largest energy producing company. He has also been a consultant for several companies within the SONY group of companies in India and Japan. Formerly, he has worked with a Japanese education technology startup where he was responsible for turning a Japanese startup into a multinational corporation by expanding overseas, setting up subsidiaries, fund-raising and business development. He has a diverse work experience with startups, large corporations and cross-border India-Japan consulting for in the fields of technology and finance.
